Try this.

Set the treadmill to quick start.

0-5 min. Speed at 3.0 and the incline at 15.0.

5-10 min. Speed at 7.0 and incline at 0.0

10-15 min. Speed at 3.5 and the incline at 15.0.

15-20 min. Speed at 8.0 and incline at 0.0

20-25 min. Speed at 3.5 and the incline at 15.0.

25-30 min Speed at 7.5 and the incline at 0.0.

30-35 min Speed at 3.5 and the incline at 0.0.

35-40 min. Speed at 8.0 and the incline at 15.0.

Then do 2 or 3  sets of 15 of the following bodyweight exercises:

  • squats
  • push up
  • alternating lunges
  • tricep pushup
  • jump squats
  • triangle hand push ups (for triceps)
  • back ward alt. lunges
  • wide arm pushups
  • 1 minutes of plank hold
