15-Minute HIIT Workout with Runtastic’s Lunden Souza

Runtastic's Fitness Coach Lunden Souza kicked off Tuesday's Holiday #SweatFest with a 15-minute HIIT workout, our first workout for the 4-day Facebook Live event. Runtastic is a mobile health and fitness company based out of Linz, Austria. As you'll learn in the video, Lunden is a California girl who moved to Austria three years ago when she started the Runtastic Fitness Channel, a Youtube channel that offers free workouts, healthy recipes and fitness inspiration. She's loving life in Austria and excited to give you a taste of what she does every day with Runtastic.

For 15 minutes, you'll #sweatpink and feel good about a little indulging this holiday season. Grab your mat and join us for three rounds of Lunden’s HIIT workout, which includes:

  • Burpees
  • Squat-to-side leg raises
  • Mountain climbers
  • Squat side steps
  • Tricep dips
  • Turbo jump lunges

Get sweaty and workout with Lunden as she offers advice for working out and staying healthy in the winter. For curious viewers, Lunden is using the Runtastic Timer App, available for download in the App Store and Google Play store.
