You know those days when you have a little more pep in your step and everything looks a whole lot sunnier?

Those are the best days. The days when your positive attitude and go-getter energy help you achieve more... and those achievements help fuel that happy, positive outlook.

It's a beautiful thing when you get into that kind of groove. Our team loves those kinds of daysβ€”we call them sparkly days, because they're totally normal, routine kinds of days, just with an extra something added for a little flash and shineβ€”and we're greedy about them: we do whatever we can to collect as many sparkly days as we can.

We put our heads together to come up with a list of what kinds of habits help us have sparkly days more often than not, and the results are in! Watch live or read on for our favorite habits.


Make movement a daily habit

Dedicate at least 15-20 minutes of every single day to yourself, and stretch, move, and sweat. It doesn't have to be a ton of time, it doesn't have to be complicated. Just getting outside for a walk counts!


Wake up on the right foot!

We are big coffee drinkers over here, and we've found that adding a mineral water to our coffee routine is a refreshing way to start the day (just like many coffee shops will give you sparkling water with espresso).


Take a time out

Give yourself some time out each and every day. Set aside a few minutes to just breathe and sit peacefully. A daily meditation practice will help you reduce stress, and make you more creative, energized, and ready for whatever the day brings.


Make easy swaps
