You may have seen on the internets, or in real life, that our Portland team has been hard at work developing a workout style we call HIIT & Flow, meaning it brings together all the heart pumping, sweaty goodness of HIIT with all the dreamy bliss of savasana.
And starting next week, for the whole month of June, we’ll be sharing a weekly workout to help you get active, every day, with a custom workout that you can do in 20 minutes. Seriously.
