I don’t really know my way around, but I’m still excited to be here. I blog over at gracelaceandiron.blogspot.com. I love meeting new people, and trying new forms of exercise and healthy foods. I enjoy a good strength training session and love a good healthy and satisfying meal that doesn’t break the bank. In 2011, I discovered that a gluten sensitivity was causing many of my health problems, so I’ve gone g-free with my hubby, and never looked back.
I splurge once in a while, but for the most part, avoid gluten. I’m preparing to return to college for a B.S. in Nutrition, and love to write up workouts for people. I take my training seriously, but not too seriously. I love to sing, and play piano, in fact I hold a bachelor’s degree in music with a minor in strength and conditioning.
