Here we are two months into 2016 and are you still keeping with your New Year’s Resolutions to stay fit? I know I am and with the help of the BeFit Campaign that Fit Approach has been involved with; it couldn’t be easier. If you haven’t checked out the BeFit website, I highly recommend you do that.
BeFit is a line of supplements and shakes that you can purchase. But what makes this company great is that they have their own YouTube channel with fitness videos you can access to go along with the products you purchase. And the best part is that the videos are FREE! All you have to do is subscribe to the site and you can access all the videos. I tried a 25 minute HIIT workout and really liked it. It was great because I was short on time but I really needed to get in a tough workout. I love that the videos are accessible via YouTube so that means when I travel I can put them on my iPad and play them in the hotel room. They even have 10 minute workouts. Come on who doesn’t have 10 minutes?
In addition to trying the videos, I also received a vanilla Whey shake, the Burn supplement and the Pre-Workout Boost. I liked the taste of the vanilla shake and also liked that one scoop only had a 100 calories. I’m not the type of person to replace my meals with a shake but I will replace a snack in the afternoon with a protein shake. The carb-to-protein ratio certainly filled me up and helped hold me off from those pre-dinner hunger pains. I also like the Pre-Workout Endurance Boost. It was pretty sweet and tasted like fruit punch. It gave me just enough of a boost to get me going in the morning. I would say it was equivalent to drinking two cups of coffee. In no way did it made me feel like my heart was racing or skin burning like so many other of those pre-workout fuels do! Lastly I tried the Burn but I’m not sure it did much for me. I did take it a few times and it didn’t give me the jitters like other supplements do.
