How did y’all kick off September yesterday? #stopdropandyoga anywhere fun?
I mean, I know busting yoga poses isn’t out of the norm for us. BUT we’re kicking off a fun, unofficial challenge for the month of September. Each Sweat Pink team member is taking over the Fit Approach Instagram page and featuring a pose for 5 days. Within those five days, each yogi will feature different variations, modifications, props, and places to drop her chosen pose. Join in on the fun!
