Don’t stop!

It’s the LAST day of the Health Up Your Holidays challenge. How in the world did November fly by so fast?! I’m not really ready to admit it’s December. That means there’s a ton more to do before the end of the year. Tons of goal-hitting and gift-shopping, specifically.

This doesn’t have to be the end, though. Let’s keep going in December. Let’s keep going in 2017. Because keeping each other motivated is how we do.

My plan for December is to recommit to making exercise a priority, even amid all the parties and the cookies and the mulled wine. What will you do this month?
