Jamie founded the Fit Approach brand and communities by combining her extensive social media marketing and public relations experience with her passion for fitness to create a unique global network of digital influencers, brand ambassadors, and fitness communities and content.
Jamie is a natural born hustler and leads business development, marketing and social media strategy for the brand. She thrives on forging partnerships and using creativity and passion to bring people together around fitness and active lifestyles.
She is also a bootcamp and strength training instructor and RYT500 Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor, and has combined those two passions to create the popular Flex & Flow Yoga workout (a proprietary form of HIIT Yoga), which combines the benefits of vinyasa flow yoga with high intensity interval training for an all in one workout.
Jamie is an avid ultra-marathoner who has completed and won several 50 mile, 50K, and 100K races. She has also completed two 100 mile races.
She has been featured in publications such as The San Francisco Chronicle, SELF, Business Insider, INC, Entrepreneur and Lucky Magazine and is a contributing writer for Huffington Post. She has also appeared on KTLA, WGN Chicago, Good Day Sacramento, NBC Madison, NBC San Diego, and SheKnows TV. She has also been a featured speaker at IDEAWorld, FitBloggin’, and the Twitter Small Business Forum.

Liz Wilson’s love of adventure, fitness, community, and photography led her to bring it all together as Social Media Manager and Community Outreach manager for Fit Approach.
After many years of playing sports and running while growing up, she discovered yoga in college and it’s amazing powerful yet restorative powers. She completed her 220-hour yoga teacher training after graduating from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Rather than head straight to law school as she planned, she moved to a ski town in Colorado to pursue mountain adventures! Four years of skiing later, Liz moved to Portland, OR.
Liz’s love of people and Instagram documentation led her to pursue a career in social media marketing. Enter a fortuitous meet cute with Jamie King shortly after moving to PDX, where a connection was forged over mutual loves of fitness, instant gratification gramming, stopdropandyoga-ing anywhere and everywhere, and Portland coffee.
Diving into the Sweat Pink community has been the highlight of her first year with Fit Approach, creating in-person and virtual connections with ambassadors and helping spearhead Instagram challenges with brands. Another highlight of the year is opening Flex & Flow, our local Portland yoga and fitness studio! We’ve created a wonderful tribe that loves to sweat and have fun that is only growing every day!
Nicci Randall brings her love of fitness, community and creativity to the forefront as Digital Marketing Manager for Fit Approach. From her social sciences and community relations background, coupled with her retail digital marketing and sales experience, Nicci has an ever growing passion for connecting, and working with our fitness communities and the brands that support our healthy and active lifestyles.
From a young age Nicci has combined her passion for movement and community as a dancer, lacrosse player, and finally a yogi. After practicing yoga for 5 years, Nicci completed her 200 hr RYT with YogaWorks in Los Angeles, CA. Since then she has taught yoga all around Los Angeles and Portland, currently teaching at our #SweatPink yoga studio, Flex & Flow!
As an avid cyclist, yogi and designer, Nicci is found mostly on the yoga mat with the Flex and Flow Tribe, cycling all over Portland, and curating designs and ideas for community events, online and off, and blogging to tell all about it! The retreat will be held at the beautiful Westerbeke Ranch in the heart of breathtaking Sonoma wine country. The ranch is just an hour drive north of San Francisco and five minute drive from Sonoma plaza. Westerbeke has a lovely rural ranch feel, is nestled amid stately oaks, and is surrounded by rolling grass hills and vineyards. There is an onsite outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna for soaking and relaxing after yoga or running. Delicious, fresh, local, nutritious, sustainable, farm to table food will be served three times daily by wonderful cooks of the highest caliber.
The closest airports are Sonoma County Airport (30 mins drive), San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK) and Sacramento (SMF) Airports. SFO, OAK and SMF are approximately 1.5 hours drive from the retreat center. Travel is not included. Driving directions will be provided.
The Westerbeke Ranch features cozy, colorful, country-style cabins. Choose a shared cabin size: 3-4 beds, or 2 bedrooms.
