Happy Monday! First and foremost, I’m extremely thankful for the start of Day Lights Savings because my body is finally able to wake up bright and early, instead of continue to hit snooze with the dark and cold mornings. With the fall weather finally rolling in and cooling down Denver, to the impending finals season for this law student, my workout routine is less than routine. The Runtastic Fitness Channel challenge came at the best time – as I was starting to lag on my workouts, take way too many days off, and not treat my body with the necessary exercise it needs to stay happy!
RFC Fall Fit Challenge
Last week, Runtastic and Fit Approach teamed up for a Fall Fitness #RFCFallFit Instagram Challenge, integrating bodyweight exercises and HIIT intervals to optimize each workout. The Runtastic Fitness YouTube Channel is hosted by Sweat Pink Ambassador, Lunden, who rocks each burpee, inchworm, and cardio burst with strength and amazing technique! While in San Francisco, the Fit Approach team worked out with Lunden multiple times, and always left walking away sore, hungry, and stronger than before!
For the #RFCFallFit challenge, each day the Sweat Pink Community was challenged to complete daily workouts, subscribe to the YouTube channel, and share results on Instagram for a chance to win awesome Runtastic gear. After completing the daily workouts, my body is thanking me SO MUCH. My abdominals are so S-O-R-E! Lunden never disappoints! A treat to my body and mind during finals season, I’m looking forward to adding daily Runtastic Fitness Channel workouts.
