How is it already November?!
November is finally here! Holy moly. After booking flights and tickets for Berkeley v. Stanford Big Game and Thanksgiving break home at my parents’, November has been my motivation for the last few weeks. With finals approaching, law school is ramping up, people are stressed, and the tension in the air at the law building is real. I’m thankful for the amazing people surrounding me – my law school best buds and boyfriend – who ground me and help me stay positive and focused. Also, my Sweat Pink fam, family, and best friends from home, who remind me to stay humble, kind, and loving with each day. Even surrounded by love (and books), sometimes it is difficult to envision the true path ahead. In the past few years, since joining the Fit Approach team, I’ve adopted Jamie’s mantra of “forward progress” and so amidst the stress this month, I am committed to forward progress, one step at a time, paving my journey to finishing first semester of 1L, rejuvenating with Winter Break, and ramping up for 2017.
With this new commitment to paving my way with positivity, kindness, and of course, fitness, I am beyond thankful for the inspiration Pavepara brings my way. Pavepara is founded by a woman, Chance, who radiates forward progress. Chance developed the Pavepara clothing line to take women from the trails, to yoga, through the rest of their day! For me, Pavepara is the perfect fit for my life at this moment. Each piece of clothing is designed with function and style in mind; perfect for running from class to running around the park or jetting to yoga!
This month, I received the opportunity to share my experiences wearing Pavepara by working up a sweat, studying, and taking time outside! I’m hooked. As always, opinions are my own.
Talons Leg Warmers
First, the lightweight Talons Leg Warmers are perfect to throw on for a chilling morning or evening run (as I’m hermit-ing inside during the day hours). The leg warmers are made from slip-resistant recycled polyester. Hands down a new favorite fitness accessory!
Next, the Soar Pancho is a winner! This week, I sported the pancho with jeans, rider boots, and a lightweight tank for a cute and function outfit at law school – and then took the pancho outdoors for my Thursday ritual: a brisk walk before the sun set.
Heron Long Sleeve Crew
Adding to my layers for the cool weather, the Heron Long Sleeve Crew is another personal favorite! With a versatile design, the crew is perfect for a night workout in my chilly apartment or a casual outfit or run through Wash Park! Once the mountains open for snow season, this long sleeve will be my go-to layering piece for a day on the mountain!
Wandering Albatross Pants
Last, the Wandering Albatross Pants fit like a perfect glove! The pants are made with recycled polyester and to move with you! The interior pocket is perfect for storing keys, chapstick, or cards during a morning run.
If you don’t already believe me that Pavepara is the best thing since Almond Butter, all of Pavepara’s products are made in the USA and created by an amazing woman business founder! Start paving your journey with Pavepara this season (or gift a friend who is looking for a sustainable, fashionable, and functional activewear brand) by using the code SWEATPINKLOVE for 30% off by November 30.
Cheers to striving for forward progress – and smiling with gratitude – in all things, from law school to activewear!
