HAPPY FRIYAY! It’s been a hot one this whole week and we know it hasn’t stopped any of you from rocking out the #IdealFitSummer challenge with IdealFit. The middle of the summer signifies embracing the heat and humidity for me. I was a southerner for too long and it’s impossible to be outside during certain parts of the day. In the end of July/ early August is when I take my routine to the water. You can find me wakeboarding, paddle boarding, and honestly just laying on a float in the lake in the afternoons.
