I’ve been doing my utmost to keep up with the abundance my garden is producing, from mache to cilantro and spring onions to fennel. I’m harvesting salad greens for lunch daily, but beyond setting up a rogue tent at the farmers’ market, I’m flummoxed about what to do with ten bulbs of fennel. Any ideas?
