HANDSTAND – There are so many ways to play with handstand! Feel free to kick up against a wall, play with L-pose at a wall, or take any leg variation. Be safe!
SHOULDERSTAND – Lay on your back and bring your legs up toward the ceiling and your hands to your low back. Keep lifting your hips so that they are in line over your shoulders. Your hands might rest against your shoulder blades or clasp together and rest against the floor. Your feet might touch the mat over head in plow pose.
LEGS UP AGAINST THE WALL – Sit against the wall. Bring your back to the floor and reach your legs up toward the ceiling against the wall. You can bring a block under your hips or a lay a sandbag across your feet.
