Fit Approach is hosting our first ever #SweatFest, a Facebook Live holiday-themed festival all about staying healthy while enjoying the best of the holiday season. Over the next 4 days, we’ll have a jam-packed lineup of live holiday fun, from cooking shows to workouts and more.
