We are using a new reporting tool that can grab your stories data automatically.
Here’s how to get credit for your branded Instagram stories:
- Have an Instagram business account. Reporting *only* works with business accounts. If you’re not sure about making the switch, this article from Later outlines why and how.
- Authenticate your Instagram business account with Klear. When you join a brand campaign, we’ll send you an invitation to the campaign via Klear, at which point you’ll be asked to authenticate your IG account.
- Use the text tool to insert the campaign related hashtag, NOT the hashtag sticker. Stickers don’t get tracked; hashtags created with the text tool do. Why? No clue. #ThanksInstagram. To make sure you get credit, insert the campaign hashtag like this:
