    This was such a great workout program. I started doing HIIT to improve my running with some higher cardio strength work. It ended up working into my marathon training really well. BUT it also improved my yoga practice. All that added core opened the door for me to improved form and made arm balances and inversions accessible. Love it and I recommend it to any athlete who wants to improve their functional strength in a fun and simple way.
