Run Safe, Wild, and Sexy

It’s June.

I don’t know about you, but I’m of two minds about it: 1. HOW?! 2. Finally!

This month is RUNNING SAFETY MONTH, so we’ll be sharing all sorts of tips, gear, and lessons learned about how to stay safe on the road, the trails, the treadmill… and anywhere else you get moving.

And YES, there will be prizes. Of course.

Get involved: Share your tips and tricks on Insta, on your blog, on the Fit Approach blog. Feel free to take the theme and run with it (#seewhatididthere??), or get inspired and join the conversation with one of these topics:

Just tag #KeepRunningWild to be eligible to win prizes. And to spread the safety word, bird, even further, share your content here!

I'm a Southern girl, born and bred. I grew up not only playing sports, but dancing, hiking, skiing, and canoeing. After college, I postponed grad school, completed my 220-hr yoga teacher training, and moved to a ski town in Colorado. In my years there, I discovered the "wow" factor life has to offer. Between the skiing/hiking/trail running in my backyard and the traveling in the off seasons, nearly every day contained something to marvel at. I'm now in the Pacific Northwest, still teaching, still exploring, indefinitely postponing law school, and pursuing a career in fitness-related social media management. I love sharing my journeys, discoveries, and marvels!
