The name ‘Runtastic’ is pretty terrifying to me. I am in no way a runner, it physically hurts me, well at least that’s what I’ve been telling myself for years now. I actually enjoy cardio but the physicality of running ‘hurts my body’. The Runtastic Fitness Channel is so much more than what it sounds! It’s actually a ton of fun! Plus my main squeeze, Cookie, loved that she got to be involved too!
I have had the chance to check out some awesome workouts that get my blood pumping and kick my booty, all while being exercises and moves that I fully enjoy. It doesn’t hurt that most of the workouts are under 10 minutes. I have time for at least an hour yoga class everyday, so there’s no reason why I can’t pop in a quick video with Lunden at some point in my day.
Working out has always been a part of my daily routine, but it’s never been one of those things that I look forward to. My past week working out with Lunden, and sometimes one of my sweat pink sisters, Nicci, has been on of the best “at home” workouts of my life. The videos are so engaging and it’s easy to make it work for me. Some days I wasn’t feeling it, but I got down and tried my best any how and felt amazing after. The Runtastic Fitness Channel will find it’s way into my routine, especially when I’m traveling! It’s so easy, all you need is a phone and a wireless connection!
