We all know that Sunday is a day of rest, a time to rest and recharge. It’s also a time to notice your habits from the past week and reflect on the awesomeness of participating in the #IdealFitSummer challenge and learning from each day and the awesome Sweat Pink community who’s in it with you.
I’m always looking for new ways to fuel up for my days – some times it’s adding in an extra rest day. Sometimes I add in a pre-workout snack (not my personal favorite) and sometimes it’s all about that post workout foam rolling. We all have different strategies and it’s about trial and error to find what works for you. So let us know, what have you tried? What works best?
