Taking a ride in San Diego

The ladies of Sweat Pink San Diego worked up quite a sweat at the chapter’s Sip N’ Sweat Event last Saturday at Rush Cycling-Camino Del Sur.

The high-energy 45-minute cycling class was the perfect way to kick off the weekend and master Instructor, MJ Duggan, had the entire class jumping, cheering, and sprinting towards the finish line.

Delicious Details

Sweat Pink attendees enjoyed post-ride snacks from local favorites, Rickaroons, Perfect Bar, and Mush Foods. A huge thank you to their teams for providing hungry riders with food to refuel after class. What is Mush? MUSH is healthy ready to eat oatmeal packaged in single serve pods. The all-natural recipe is low on sugar, but definitely not low in taste. Mmm.

Thirsty? Don’t worry—C2O Coconut Water and Sol-ti have it covered. Sol-ti offers the first glass bottled, light filtered, and cold crafted organic beverage on the market.

Their tasting room features eight organic cold crafted beverages on tap, and space for a yoga class (hint hint).

Attendees had some amazing raffle items to choose from.

  • Rush Cycling-Camino Del Sur, the host indoor cycling studio provided one lucky winner with a two-week unlimited membership.
