Take the Leap with prAna’s 30 Day Yoga Challenge!

When I think about yoga, the first thought that comes to mind is F* YEAH! . Yoga ___energizes____ (verb) me and makes me feel zen (noun).


That’s why I am SO _jazzed__ (adjective) to participate in prAna’s Take The Leap 30 days of Yoga Challenge. I plan to hanumasana (yoga pose) my way to a more flexible (adjective) and fun (adjective) 2015!


For me, the biggest challenge when it comes to yoga is knowing when to push myself to level up… or take it easy. Taking the Leap with prAna is a great way for me to face/ conquer / achieve / find balance with challenge vs ease in yoga.  (same challenge / or be creative!).


My favorite place to yoga is_outdoors, or at Flying Yoga (noun) because it is so beautiful and welcoming (adj).
