There’s so much that I truly love about this sweaty community, and in my eyes, it comes down to two main things: individuality and inclusivity. Yes, we all share a love for health, fitness, and loving life, but we all do it in such different ways while doing it all together.
To me, it’s clear that everyone in this community loves who they are and is always working toward their best selves. There’s nothing more inspiring than watching you run faster, lift heavier, cross that finish line, or achieve that yoga goal. It’s amazing to see the drive and motivation within each and every one of you to feel good, to get stronger, and to just do you. I definitely believe in the phrase that we can’t share our love, energy, or motivation if we are lacking that in ourselves.
And that brings me to the second component that drives this community: Inclusivity. I’ve never experienced a community online or IRL that is so welcoming, motivating, and fun. My life changed when I met you all, and I’m now a sweatier, smarter, and happier person for it. But enough about me, let’s get back to you. We all come from different walks of life and have our own beliefs around health and fitness, but there has never been a time where someone has brought another person down for the type of workout they choose to do or the foods they choose to eat. This community is all about celebrating your health, your choices, and your best self.
