You know should be at the top of that list, but isn’t even on it?
Yep, that’s right. Yoga = better sex.
I know what you’re thinking. “Sure, yoga makes sex better because you can get into some crazy positions if you’re flexible.”
Nope, that’s not what I mean.
And if you’re thinking, “well, yoga makes you more present, so you can really focus on enjoying the experience.”
That’s not what I mean either.
Why don’t I just tell you, so you don’t have to keep guessing?
I was doing yoga at home the other day. I woke up with a stiff neck and just wanted to knock out some sun salutations to ease my tense muscles. Well, before long, my boyfriend happened to catch me in down dog.
Then he stuck around to see me flip my dog, and then do dolphin, and then…
Let’s just say all that stretching not only made my neck feel better, but it got him feeling all frisky, too.
Let’s just say that I used to think savasana was the best way to wrap up a class, but I’ve learned there’s an even happier way to end a yoga session.
So tell me, why do you do yoga? Or why aren’t you doing yoga? 😉
